Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the full treatment fee being charged. Cut-off times are 8am–8pm, Monday to Saturday.

Cancellations can be made in person or via your Vagaro app.


To ensure professionalism and to protect appointment availability for genuine clients, a booking deposit is required for all appointments. This deposit is deducted from the total cost of your treatment when you attend.


Missed appointments, or cancellations made outside the policy, will result in the loss of your booking deposit and the full treatment charge being applied.

This policy applies to all clients, including those on pre-paid courses, clients using gift vouchers, and clients with treatments paid for in advance.

Expired offers cannot be extended or carried over past the stated expiry date.


This clinic does not issue refunds. Deposits are non-refundable.

Receipts

For environmental reasons, all payment receipts are emailed. Your emailed receipt also provides an opportunity to leave your feedback, which is greatly appreciated.

Courses of Treatment

Courses of treatment are non-refundable. It is essential to maintain the recommended time intervals as advised during your consultation.


Courses must be completed within 12 months or they become null and void.

Courses are non-transferable, cannot be extended, cannot be shared with another person, and cannot be exchanged for a different treatment type.

Payments

We do not offer credit facilities unless you are using an approved payment plan. All treatments must be paid for immediately after the service by cash or card.


Accepted: Cash, electronic card machine payments, bank transfer if completed in the salon before leaving.

Not accepted: Cheques, PayPal, American Express

Advocates

If you require a personal advocate, they must attend both your consultation and treatment appointment.

Treatment Room Policy

For privacy, professionalism, and to ensure the best possible experience, only the person receiving the treatment may enter the treatment room. Exceptions apply only to minors and individuals who require a legal advocate.


Strictly no photography or video recording is permitted in the treatment room.

Prescription Policy

All prescription medications incur an additional prescription charge.

Prescriptions are valid for six months.

CCTV

CCTV and Ring doorbell cameras operate throughout designated internal and external areas of the clinic.

Mobile Phones

In consideration of staff and clients, mobile phones must be switched off or to silent.

Phone calls must be taken outside the clinic. Treatments will not be paused for phone calls.

Children in the Clinic

Children under 16 are not permitted in the clinic unless they are receiving a treatment.

Children receiving treatments must be strictly supervised by a parent or guardian.

Unruly behaviour will not be permitted out of respect for other clients.

Damage & Personal Belongings

Charges apply for any breakages or damage to clinic property, inside or outside.

The clinic is not responsible for clients’ personal belongings; all items are left at your own risk.

Letters & Documentation

Letters required for clinics, doctors, insurance companies, or similar purposes are chargeable and must be paid for in advance.

Client Conduct

Clients under the influence, or suspected influence, of alcohol or recreational drugs will not be treated.


The clinic has a zero-tolerance policy regarding rudeness, abuse, bad language, or any behaviour deemed threatening or upsetting to staff.

Sunbed Use

Please avoid sunbed use 48–72 hours before your appointment, as this may compromise your treatment and affect healing.

Disclaimer

All treatments carry risks. These are fully explained in your consultation and within your informed consent paperwork.


We encourage all clients to take time to consider their procedure, research the treatment, and book only when they feel confident and ready.

The clinic reserves the right to amend prices, offers, and policies at any time without prior notice

Complaints Policy

We hope you never need to make a complaint. However, if required, all complaints must be submitted in writing.

Please note: CCTV cameras operate throughout the clinic.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
